hopefully less parents raise kids that do that then; and the world will be a better place for it. my only issue with the guy is he should have hidden the corpse so the kid just 'disappeared'. and yes i would still let my kid play outside because, unlike apparently alot of you, behavior like that is waaaay below my minimum standards and my kid(s) would literally never do that. yall must raise absolute trash kids if u say that's 'just playing outside'. i feel sorry for your neighbors.
