As new social media apps including Threads pop up, some companies are choosing to eschew the platforms. What’s going on?

    @wave_walnut What I don’t like about the big social media sites is, they are ad driven and companies mostly just post as an advertisement. What has this anything to do with “social”? It’s so annoying. The bigger the platform, the worse it gets. I wish social media was about socializing with people, not with companies and brands.

        @wave_walnut I don’t think social media platform is a good place to support customers. That’s exactly a thing I don’t want there to be. Use a place that is better suited for the task, such as forums. Maybe that’s just me.
