This country treats domestic violence like it’s some kind of joke. The authorities never help these people. They just wait until they get killed and say there was nothing they could do. And if they do arrest someone for domestic violence, it’s somehow treated as a lesser crime than non-domestic violence.

So police have 2 settings:
Blow the door open and shoot everyone inside (if it’s the wrong address shoot the dog too)
OR
Tell them you’ve never heard of the suspect and they’ll pack up and go home.
The IQ requirement for law enforcement officers is a fucking hard 0.
