Because the text is small, I read it as “Cat, Tiny beast, Unhinged” and didn’t question it for a moment.
That’s probably a more accurate alignment for cats anyway.

This is a tool for DMs to estimate the difficulties of an encounter for their player. On the right you have the statblock of a cat, on the bottom left is the current number of creatures in the encounter (158,750 cats). On the top left is an approximate gauge for how difficult the current encounter (of 158,750 cats) would be, which is “This Would Kill Tiamat”. Tiamat being the 5-headed Queen of all Evil Dragons.
In a fight between one of the toughest monsters in the game vs 150,000+ of your average house cats, the cats would win
Good luck getting a thousandth of that many cats to focus on the same thing.
They would have to be magical cats. Tiamat’s immune to b/p/s from non-magical weapons.
