It is a very very low bar to be a better option than trump, it shouldn’t be this difficult to beat him. But Biden only pulled it off in 2020 by being pulled left from a long competitive primary. He didn’t get that this election, so now he’s not even giving the lip service he did back then.

They are freaked out about their funding. If they were really freaked out about Biden they wouldn’t be looking to accelerate his nomination, that would be looking for a different nominee.
