Zuck and Elon spent the last month pretending they might finally contribute something of value to the world in the form of a head-to-head Las Vegas cage match, but Zuckerberg said Thursday he's “not sure if it’s going to come together.
Idk, he really just woke up one day and was like “let me pay a shit ton more than Twitter is worth so I can run it into the ground” and then woke up a year later and was like “all that goodwill in the accounting books? Let’s throw it away with a shitty rebrand”
Especially since Elon backed out like a month ago. Unless he waffled on it.
And even if it did happen, it wouldn’t have been the ultra violent bout between billionaires that (IMO) made the idea popular. There’s a good chance it would have just ended up being two champions both guys hired going through the motions to get a ridiculously large paycheck (that was still ridiculously trivial for either one of them).
Still can’t believe that some people thought this was possibly going to happen.
Can you get a more obvious publicity stunt?
I knew it wasn’t going to happen because Musk is all talk.

His Mommy said he wasn’t allowed.
Should have made him sign a contract that says if he doesn’t fight he has to pay a billion dollars
