I was gonna mention Falco, but he's Austrian... Are the cultural differences large enough that he cannot but counted as part of the "Germanic folk"? There's at least one famous Austrian widely considered German, lol.
"Stop shaming me, let me live!" is something I either see textually or paraphrased in many of my interactions here... It isn't everything, evidently far from it, but I think this sentiment has a little bit of responsibility behind these larger issues.
The only people who argue against Trump being a rotten pedo sex-pest (amongst other things that make him Hell bound) are those purposefully spreading misinformation/not arguing in good faith and the "intellectually challenged" Trump supporters who really bought what he was selling and are now struggling with cognitive dissonance. Ignore them both, and condemn the former. 🤷
