  • I’m listening to the audiobook and it is an insane listen/read.

    I’m not sure how it would really work as a series because it’s kind of all over the place.

    Don’t get me wrong. It’s a very good book, but it spends chapters on subjects that are pretty remote to the activities that Bragg. A would be hard to illustrate in a drama.

    On the other hand it has corruption at the highest and lowest levels of the us special forces, no state police and so much Mexican cartel activities.

  • It isn’t underrated by any stretch of the imagination. It is an utter bore of a movie that just isn’t worth watching.

    Yes how Kubrick captured the natural lighting makes for a neato liner note, but the end result really isn’t that remarkable nor does it make it worth sitting through the movie.

    In the ten year stretch between A Clockwork Orange and The Shining you get Barry Lindon.
