I was trying to figure out why 1) Alice Cooper was considered a podcaster first, and 2) why he had appeal with that demographic.

We all do/should. I don’t know if it has gotten worse or if I have just started to realize how bad it actually is but, this state sucks in a lot of ways.

The fact that he got all pissy and started talking over the moderators when they did explain something saying essentially you agreed you weren’t going to fact check us but now you are fact checking me is really telling.

If it was setup properly, you just us an if statement like, “if communication lost to control for t>5 seconds, release balast” or something like that. I had 0 issue with the controller being an ots consumer good. The rest was an idiotic design, I won’t even say it was engineered.

Hell, I’m a cishetwhite guy and I feel like they are trying to drive me out too.

Part of it is because our congressional districts are drawn like a bowl of spaghetti. In statewide elections it matters less but congressional districs were specifically drawn to pack and crack votes here.

I picked up a 5 v a couple months back because nothing else fit in that niche. Its a damn good phone. Only thing missing for me is a removable battery. I’d like a slightly smaller size overally but compared to everything else in the market, its small already.

Thanks to cognitive dissonance they are doing fine.

A lot of them are adding that stuff. I looked earlier today actually.

Basically the only option I have found for a non-connected/smart/spyware tv in the last few months are commercial displays. They must price in the ad revenue to the consumer stuff because the price of those commercial displays is ~4x.

It’s how you keep them passive while holding them.

I just finished Firewatch for the first time. Other than the clunky movement controls and lack of jumping. I enjoyed it.

Every election for the rest of our lives is the most important election of our lives. Don’t ever forget what has been done. Vote like your life and the world depend on it because frankly, they do. If you want another generation to grow up even close to the same quality of life we’ve had, it is critical to recognize that one party has been actively rolling back protective legislation over and over again against the better interest of the people of thos country and the world. Its absolutely disgusting.

Does the tv tuner and tv guide work? I tried a few alternatives a few years back and they were garbo. Wmc always just worked.

Windows media center alone is worth resurrecting win7 for.

The final season which ret-conned all the weird stuff post Burnie was supposed to come out last fall and is still not out. I’m not super hopeful it will now.
