  • I am not saying other generative AI lack flaws, but Google's AI Overview is the most problematic generative AI implementation I have ever seen. It offends me that a company I used to trust continues to force this lie generator as a top result for the #1 search engine. And to what end? Just to have a misinformed populace over literally every subject!

    OpenAI has issues as well, but ChatGPT is a much, much better search engine with far fewer hallucinations per answer. Releasing AI Overview while the competition is leagues ahead on the same front is asinine!

  • Polls do matter, because it won't go over well to "Mousolini" him if he still has a strong base. But clearly he and Bukele are wary of the growing unrest, or else they would not have separated Garcia from the CECOT gen pop or allowed a photo op.

    We are only 3 months in and he has flinched a few times. There is serious hope that his reign will be much shorter than Erdogan's, for example, regardless of his personal health.

    The notion that we must be sheep or wolves completely ignores the potential to cooperate in order to create value or defend common rights. Without cooperation, economic value could not be created. Yet that's inconvenient when one wants to justify shitty behavior.
