Now it's time to lower the federal interest rate. We need a lot of inflation stat or we're stuck with fascists until we break out in a civil war again.
IDK, I'm pretty sure in capitalism the line is supposed to go BRRRRR. People leaving a platform or service isn't good for their bottom line. The only way to teach these corps is to hit em in the wallet.
Hmm. I'm not familiar with the E-ink display and it's interface, but maybe your soldering woes were caused by not having solder with flux core? I didn't find the solder job too bad as an amateur.
This is a wild take. I don't want to understate how ignorant and/or malicious this is. I sure hope you're not American.
It's important to contextualize what America's military is. They're a 100% volunteer military. Sure you'll say it's 100% killers that sign up, but that's far from the truth. If you've grown up with little options, no mobility, or a reason to put your whole town in your rearview, the military is enticing. Young impressionable women and men jump at that opportunity. Also again, they're kids. They've barely figured out their genitals let alone how the world works.
I've been in their shoes as a young dumb bum with no options looking down the barrel of an economic system/situation stacked against me.
Don't you see the irony in your position? You too are actively participating in a system that aids and abets imperialism and misery. Probably not best to throw stones while in a glass house.
Sure, people are people and you'll find good ones being useful idiots for those in power, but I question the motive of any religious "humanitarian" org. Sure people are being clothed, fed, and housed and that is commendable. They're also being groomed and brainwashed into that religion. What I mean is there are always ulterior motives with religious orgs.
Take Mother Teresa for example. Sure she housed and fed those on the brink of death, but she also perpetuated the suffering of some of the most vulnerable people in the world. She believed suffering brought you closer to God and that was evident in her clinics and how she ran them. Not exactly caring for those in need altruistically.
And then there's the gays and abortions to bring up. Vile responses from Christians especially.
Good people are good regardless of if they are religious or not, but I don't believe people are as good as they say they are. And they're certainly not being good people because of their religion.
I don't know what to tell ya, the majority of enlisted are ignorant kids. 90% or so of the total military has never shot at another human. Combat roles only account for 10-20% of the military. But keep on generalizing, that's the way to a more perfect union for sure.
Does this really require a response? If you think people primarily join the service because they're Nazis or want a pat on the back you're clearly ignorant. Sure some folks do that, but you'd know if the majority was that way because you'd be dead. Drop you preconceived notions and actually talk to someone that has served and you'll get a bevy of reasons people join.
IDK they seem just like million of other Christians to me. Christians are as evil and violent as they've ever been, probably even softer now vs back in the day. The Crusades, St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre, The Thirty Years' War, The English Civil War, and The Troubles all come to mind.
In fact I've seen the opposite. A traveling priest came to my mother's church before the elections cycle last year and was spouting off about how leftism is evil and the cause for all modern societies problems.
Now it's time to lower the federal interest rate. We need a lot of inflation stat or we're stuck with fascists until we break out in a civil war again.
