Or did everyone just forget that a cop got blackout drunk, harassed a teenager and then shot a gun in the middle of Helsinki over a year ago?   • All fines should be scaled with income, like Finnish speeding tickets. A Finnish businessman was fined 120 000€ for driving 80kmh in a 50kmh zone.

    This of course wasn't his first offence, having been fined many tens of thousands of euros beforehand. Makes me wonder though, why not just take his license away...
