  • This is awesome. I would pay for something like this...

  • Yep

  • New to me.

  • At work, the windows outage spooked management hard. They noticed that our small amout of Linux servers didn't go down. So now they are OK with us using Linux more. After many decades of Windows.

  • I've kept up with their RSS for the last 15ish years. Its a delight to watch the family grow.

  • Nice always look forward to your articles!

  • Its hard to get into but it seems to be the first real federation around more than just git.

To me its not worth it unless they put real effort making it easier to use. Otherwise email is just as good. And git is already awesome.

  • I dunno, I like pie. I like piefed.

  • Well they have to pay 200+ million. So im not sure if "get away" is the right word. But I get the sentiment. Its a tragedy.

"It took the jury less than a day of deliberation to find Tesla 33 percent liable for the crash and responsible for $243 million in punitive and compensatory damages."

  • Neat! And a removable battery.

Debian too! Always liked me some Debian, super stable.

  • That would be my recommendation too. At that level at least.

  • Yep! Its so close.

Looks like they had plans for LTE. Dunno how hard it is to ser up. Probably very hard.

  • Probably.

  • Thank you for caring!

  • Its fine. Trust me /s

Actually probably good on you to not trust everything on the internet.

This individual has a strange url but generally has some really insightful articles.

  • What I wouldn't give for a very simple linux phone. Not android based. That I can call/message from.

Closest I came across that was neat: https://www.wiphone.io/

  • Email? Its about the only thing leaving me on googles platform ATM. I can self host (with mailinabox) but....I kinda dont want to? Its so much work and I would rather do other things with my time.

  • Yep most devs work with Linux in some way. We have to use windows for work but we deploy on linux.
