I don't agree with it, but I do understand why she voted against it. the amendment was just to stop support for defense capabilites, it did nothing to stop the supply of weapons they're using to kill Palestinians. They do have the right to defend themselves. They do not have the right to kill the people they don't like, and the amendment did nothing in that regard. Personally I think if they were not helped paying for the dome, maybe they'd be forced to spend less on killing others, and divert that to defense.
