Everything seems to have an RDA associated with it (Recommended Daily Allowance), so I imagine that something like this exists. I’m not interested in weight gain/loss though, purely nutrition. I’m a light eater and I’m sure I could do with supplements or dietary modification.

    I’ve been using Cronometer off and on for years. The free version has tons of detail of various nutrients, and can integrate with various fitness trackers. The paid version has some added features, but I’ve only been tempted to pay purely to support a service that I’ve benefited from for so long.
