Im a Reddit refugee, and figured I’d make my first Lemmy post. Here’s a performance of mine from January in South Padre Island, TX flying kites indoors. Hope folks like it, it’s a small sport that I’d love to see grow.

    This is ridiculously cool! I used to build tiny indoor kites that you could fly with a vent of fan. But this looks like something completely different to outdoor kites. Did you make this kite? What makes them different from outdoor kites? They seem to be moving in slow motion.

    This is ridiculously cool! I love flying kites and used to build tiny indoor kites that you could fly next to a vent or fan. But this is something completely. Are these specialised kites? They seem to fly really slowly compared to normal outdoor kites
