I was going to wait until 30 July as to the de-fedding status, after reading this I cancelled all recurring donations and moved my account to an instance that preemptively DF’ed meta. Not much, but I refuse to support any outfit that even hints at tolerating that talibangellical/ya’llqaeda bastion of hate and ignorance. If the infection takes hold, well I lived for 30 years before social media (nobody remembers SixDegrees.com which is still around), I can live my last 20 without it again.
