My absolutely favorite cold beetroot soup for hot summer! Tried it in Lithuania on my vacation few years back and it was love at first sip. It is called Šaltibarščiai (sorry if I misspelled something I’m not Lithuanian:)). It’s fantastic!

It is great! And thank you.I wasn’t sure but since I’m from Czech rep. I had no problem to find šč on my keyboard at least.heh
