I have a Huawei VOG-L29. Is there a costum ROM available for it? I couldn’t find any. If not, is it possible to somehow compile it myself?

AFAIK the bigger challange will be unlocking the bootloader which Huawei doesn’t offer anymore and which I think never was possible for your device (P30 Pro).
