I finally got done yesterday. The best part is when there are like 6 people standing in a swamp, and finally someone climbs into a bush and you hear the telltale sound, followed by a mad rush and a muttered you are appreciated.

~~I think you had to have them completed yesterday before the patch, but I may be wrong.
I heard that the progress of the first character you logged in to after the patch is what will he used for your new season 1 character. So hopefully you didn’t log in to your low level alt first.
Again, this is all second hand non verified information.~~
See below
All altar and map progress is saved to your account starting yesterday, not until yesterday.
And all progress from any character you log in with will be transferred to your account. So it doesn’t matter which order you sign in with.
Thanks for the clarification!
It’s just guess work at this point, but I imagine Blizz will copy across your progress at the point they create the new seasonal shard. I doubt it will be a two-way sync between the seasonal and eternal realms, but I’d love to be wrong!
Really? I had one region left I did post-patch last night. I guess we’ll see…
X to doubt. Giving perpetual account based free stat boosts that are time gated is unlikely. It would mean anyone who didn’t play this pre season would never be able to be top tier.
