I guess in my case I’ll probably mostly post about television on there, as !movies@lemm.ee and !animation@lemm.ee are already quite established, but it’s nice to finally have an alternative to !television@lemmy.world

To @kate@lemmy.uhhoh.com, there is indeed a lot of communities, but it comes from

• people posting to lemmy.world communities even though alternatives are more actives (e.g. !movies@lemm.ee compared to !movies@lemmy.world )
• some others (!moviesandtv@lemm.ee had some powertripping: https://sopuli.xyz/post/8637954, https://lemm.ee/post/30754133)
