If he said this, yes. If you read more than the headline, you’ll see he just said “there will be hell to pay”. He’s still a douchebag but it’s not even vaguely a terroristic threat.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
