Well, I'm afraid your Frankenstein doesn't meet the Bar, he's not nearly as buff as our other entries.

It's modular, just give him ten minutes alone with one of those "other entries".

Frankenstein didn't have a doctorate. He dropped out of school to make his Creature (he was a lot younger than most adaptations depict.)
Maybe doctors just were olders back then.
