Stalling on court cases, dragging out development on clean energy, bureaucratic procedural nonsense. The governments ability to get anything done is a huge part of the reason people voted for Trump. He doesn’t get good things done but stuff does happen and change, proving that if the government wanted to they could. Wanting an effective government is not a desire for fascism.
