If I were a single indie dev with a game that was 90% complete in Unity, I think it would be fair to myself to say “well, this will be the LAST game I build in Unity”.

Whoa, you read the article before getting out your pitchfork? I wish more people would. Part of the reason I left Reddit was due to people (or bots) who would post articles with titles that were unfair, combined with users who wouldn’t read, yet had strong angry opinions about everything.

Went straight for the “alt-right” accusations as well.

The article (and these comments) are rife with half-truths and pitchforks. (And I use Firefox).
