  • You're gonna have to give a bit more info there.

  • The US was founded on genocide, and they never changed.

  • "Early DLC" after 3 months is just main game content they didn't put in, because they figured they could use it to squeeze you for every last cent.

  • That's about as expected. As a big fan of civ, it just looked like a worse version of 6, which was a worse version of 5.

Only reason for the bigger playercount of 6 is because of Sean Bean's incredible narration.

  • Sure, they don't see it as their territory, they see it as their soon-to-be territory.

  • There has never been any hope that they'd get the food through. This is all about showing people that Israel are willing to arrest and deport them.

My main critisism is that it isn't going to change anything because:

    1. No country is going to allow people who aren't refugees to illegally enter their territory like this. Israel arresting these people and deporting them isn't new. So Israel doing something every other country would do is a non-story.
    2. This isn't going to convince anyone who has agreed with Israel's action up to this point because, they already tried it before, and denying aid to palestinians is not their worst crime. Anyone who could be swayed by this action, was swayed more than a year ago, when it was crystal clear Israel was purposely murdering civillians.

So to me, this comes off as an attempt to get media attention, with a happening that does nothing to help the people they really want to help, changing no ones mind, and all without actually being anything but a slight inconvenience to Israel, making their coastguards take a slight detour to arrest a few people.

Sure, it's more than I've done, and more than I care to do, and I'm sure a lot of people are going to be very angry, because I don't think this will matter in the slightest. I'm sympathetic to their course, but this just reeks too much of a bunch of privilaged kids, wanting to make a name for themselves, so they load a boat up with food, alcohol and weed, have a bunch of fun on the way, get sent home when they reach their destination, and hope they get to talk to the media.

  • Well if anyone can get the window open, it's probably that contractor, and if anyone would spend an hour cutting a window open to avoid going up and down some stairs a few times, it's any contractor ever.

  • Simple really. Guns are treated like kids toys in the good ol' USA, and "every single mentally deranged psychopath absolutely HAS to be allowed to own one, 'cause that's the only way to stop fascism" - The National Rifle Association 1871-present

  • I just generally need more games I can just quickly play. Why do I have to spend 30+ minutes just to play anything? I love Rocket League for the ability to quickly do a few games with the friends while we consider what to play.

  • So many people I hate in public transit for this.

The young dude who HAS to play his shitty music on speaker (we all know you have headphones, you all do).

The parents who gave their 2 children an ipad to play games on at full volume.

The teenage to late 20s girl/woman who can't talk to her friends without having it on speaker, and thinks yelling about her one night stand in the train is appropriate.

Fuck all the people who do any of those.

  • Who pissed on your cereal this morning?

  • Unless it's some dumb font that makes shit harder to read, I couldn't give a shit which font is on my devices.

  • Yea, why are right-wing terrorists doing this when they've already won? Have they not seen what is happening?

  • I just tried it, and I don't know what it is, but it just feels so boring and empty. Got my money back through steam though. Guess I'm going back to d2r if I want to scratch that itch.

  • Sure, but a modern gaming rig can play more than one thing. I get that it's an enthusiast thing, and it's pretty cool, but you REALLY need to know that's what you wanna do/play at those prices.

  • That's in line with what I've been able to figure out from benchmarks, so thank you for confirming that. Also, fuck Intel for coming up with a new, and even dumber naming scheme for their newest CPUs, when the old way worked fine (Not that I'm a fan of how AMD names their CPUs...)

  • I'll give you that.

  • I've been looking at building a new pc for my wife, and unless I've completely misunderstood everything, Intel's newest CPUs don't really seem that good anyway.

  • Just looked at their website. Is this "game" solely populated by rich people?
