If you got a deck and expected it to run the latest AAA titles, you are an idiot.

Yup one of the best games I’ve played
I’ll check it out, thanks
I would love to swap to Linux if I could play all my games without having to dual boot etc. Steam have done wonders with the proton compatability on steamdeck so there is hope but a lot of my hardware also requires software that is windows only too.
It might be a stupid comment I’m no Linux expert, but looking forward to the steamOS coming out for PC.
Wasn’t it free to a certain level anyway?
I got an i7-6700 skull canyon? for free through work many years ago, absolutely love it, it now serves as a Linux box and hosts server stuff on it. Only issue is a ram port died and seemed a common problem!?
Still enjoying using it and it’s form factor is fantastic, not sure if I would replace my own desktop with it but would have been an easy consideration for the kids first PC although it may benefit them actually building a tower and learning.
Shame to hear they are stopping
How is the experience with online multiplayer?
I’ve enjoyed using my steamdeck and that OS. Would happily install a desktop variant of SteamOS when available but I mainly play single player games on the deck, I worry I won’t be able to enjoy a number of multiplayer games.
Reddit felt so damn simple to use where this is an absolute cluster fuck of complexity in comparison. It really needs to be simpler if there are hopes to take down reddit. Hopefully with boost and sync devs making a client things may improve.
Full speed in the dark, I think most people would failed to avoid that. What’s concerning is it does not stop afterwards
