EXCITED. Even Update 3 was completely fun and enjoyable to play. I’ve been putting off playing again because there were so many breaking changes in the later updates.

I’m for it if it actually increases adoption. IPv6 has its flaws but it’s better than layers and layers of IPv4 NAT.

Honestly, as long as they attribute the text to “ChatGPT” or similar, that’d be fine with me. I may or may not read it, but at least be transparent. And at least please deal with the repercussions of firing your staff for the hype.
Maybe it’ll help as long as the fine is some % of their net income. Sweden does this, speeding tickets are a % of your income instead of a fixed fine, so someone with $10MM will still feel the burn.
Damn, haven’t see that UI in a long time. The early days of Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Digby, xfire, GameSpy Arcade, etc.
Thanks, I’ll check it out! I honestly run into disk space issues with Ubuntu Server a lot. I’ll give it a partition and it will fill up with this opaque “ubuntu–vg-ubuntu–lv” volume pretty quickly.
Here’s a df -h
on it right now:
/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv 38G 17G 20G 47% /
Need to manually prune Docker and run other admin tasks to keep it under control.
Damn, that’s so sad. All I can think of all their combined experience that made them perfect for this job. They were helping as best they could and now they’re gone. :(
I don’t use Linux at work (I wish I did), but I default to Ubuntu Server for at-home Docker needs. I might switch to plain Debian at some point.
Looks excellent! I would love that for making some buttered toast
Maybe it was mixed in with something else and wasn’t considered valuable enough to salvage/filter out. I also wonder if the 20,000lbs number is over a period of many years. Super messed up either way though, I don’t even know where one would start cleaning this up. :(
I like your colorful spines as well

I feel the same way. My current BoTW save has a bunch of semi-unique or rare weapons in my inventory and I don’t have any more slots. Whenever I want to fight something now I have to ask myself “which thing should I break and never get back?”
Oh some basic mobs to clear? Oh well, all I have are these super high damage weapons. It discourages me from getting into fights because I feel like my weapons aren’t balanced for the enemies at hand, I gotta save them for tougher fights.
Hard to choose one, but maybe I’d say Kerbal Space Program 1. It had a really profound impact on the way I understood the world, space, physics, and gave me one of the best feelings of pure exploration. It was amazing to drop into progressively lower orbits around a new planet or moon before finally landing and walking around.
In high school we hid copies of UT99 on the file share so we could pull it down to our crappy Dell / Netware computers and bang out a couple rounds before class. It was the best.
I’ve been working on refurbishing my 1.0 Xbox lately and getting some games I never had but always wanted, JSRF is on my list!
Is it only when you turn the PC on? I have to imagine it’s Arch initializing everything, and probably isn’t unusual to run at a default refresh (60Hz) before getting the graphics driver loaded and switching settings.
