Ultimately above the deadra and all that, there is the sleeper. There's a "dream sleeve" between their reality and the sleeper. If you can be spiritually free enough you can rise above and into the dream sleeve. Then you become like a God.
That's a game that I enjoy so much I've had it for years and played for hours and hours ...and still haven't beat it. I just love swimming and building in it.

There's a Warhammer 40k game like xcom called Machanicus that im downloading right now. I really want the Owlcat Warhammer rpg, but $44+ is a little step at the moment.
I love the Akria ending this has. It's pretty sad if you think about it. The one guy was just trying to help his cousin be more outgoing and accepted, and it was working. Then the kid goes off the deep end, and the guys the only one left, all alone.
