My guess: Harris/Walz should continue to play up the weird and cringe because it’s effective. This frames everything Trump will say during the debate as weird and he will constantly be fighting not to be weird the entire time. He probably will say many weird things due to this (and let’s face it, he does say some weird shit anyway), so Harris can “nail” him by simply calling it out and asking for details on any weird response. This will cause things to not only get heated but act as a multiplier on the weird content since it’s common for Trump to double down. 🍿🍿🍿

SS will definitely jump in if the person they are protecting goes down or if there’s anything that could potentially be a danger. The audience behind him didn’t react like there were gunshots. It could be because they heard the source of the sound and could understand the trajectory better. I’m keeping an open mind.

Snipers would be shooting from a distance. You can look up gunshot / gunshot sounds on youtube and compare. It could be the audio setup though. Looking forward to finding out more. The audience reaction is what is strange to me. It’s more of “what is that?” vs “OMG gun shots!! run!”

In watching the video and listening to the sound over and over it doesn’t sound like a gunshot and people around did not act as if it were a gunshot. My guess is it was maybe a pellet or BB gun.

Edit: I’m hearing others were shot and seriously injured in the crowd. Witness said they thought it was fireworks at first - which makes sense. This would point to actual gun shots. Waiting for more news to come in. Sad day for politics in general whomever you support.

On second thought, If you use the same source 1080p video and lock one in at 1920 x 1080 window and expand the other one to as full screen as possible. The full screen video will be up-scaled so you should be able to compare directly on one set.

Ah, I see. No problem. You’d have to switch back and forth in that case or have two of the exact same TVs to compare at the same time. (Some sets do a better or worse job of up-scaling). You’d also have to take into account viewing distance from the TV. At a certain distance it won’t matter, but as you get closer, it matters more and more. There are view distance calculators available online to help with that.

I don’t think so because you’re not forcing the 1080p video to be upscaled since it’s stuck with 1920 x 1080 pixels in my example.
