I immediately thought he meant they were going to cheat. I can’t find the place he said this, it was at a rally. It’s not the same as his comment that he made to a bunch of christians that said they won’t have to vote again in the future because they were going to “fix it”. This was after that. This guy is a lifelong con man, he lies and cheats. Somehow I believe he did that in this election. I hope they find out he paid for votes because that’s just his style.
