I have a soft spot for Joseph King of Dreams.
Although (I hope) it’s having a resurgence, whodunnits. Knives Out as a modern example, Clue, and Last of Sheila for some classics.

nah, if we’re in any of the fictivev levels, then everyone should look TV good. Even the “ugly” ones should still look good.

When I was younger, I rewatched Inception plenty of times because it was my favourite movie and because I keep seeing new details, learning new little things about the movie every time.
Cradle by Will Wight, I think I’m at book 8 of 11/12 (I don’t usually look so I don’t gauge how long til the end).
It’s been a fun western take on a progression fantasy and cultivation novel.
