They have disabled the download data button and refuse to provide customers with a copy of their own data. I have been trying to get a copy of my data for over a month and they just tell me they’ll consider re-enabling the button in the future.

So hackers can have my info, but I can’t have a copy of my own data.

If you click on the 3 bar menu, there’s options to show comments or show posts.

If you try saving or removing saves on your instance website, does it work there?

Did your instance upgrade to an unstable release because my old one did that and that’s what happened. It’s been broken ever since so I switched
