Failing optimist, can code poorly.

  • After announcing it ~7 times.

  • To them, liberals marxists, so yeah

  • Good ole nakba denial

  • You can actually do it like mastodon and only take on data from specific users or PDS. Wafrn does this.

  • You can design an appview that crawls PDSes directly, no relay needed.

    AppViewLite does that

  • It is very popular with queer people. The chuds who still use Twitter have called it woke for making a bluesky and mastodon account

  • I'd say fedora or centos

  • What changes have you noticed?

  • I had guessed it was that. I mean, it was off topic, unless I'm missing something.

  • Which account was it? All the messages on my lemm.ee one are gone (instance is gone).

  • It's a good tool for finding vote manipulation, but yeah, it has been abused.

  • People can't change and distribute it under their license

  • I'm going to disengage, because I've been in this argument before, and I just got brain fog from it.

  • Hey, that's a blog post from months ago. It no longer applies, hosting a relay can be done for $34 a month now.

  • Because it is decentalised, and beats the fediverse in many aspects.

  • The main consensus among many ngos and the U.N is that it's not a genocide.

  • Sure, this applies to the UN, but many other ngos have reached the same consensus.

  • Really? Public voting helped find vote manipulation.

  • Fediverse @lemmy.world

Wafrn (tumblr alternative with fediverse and bluesky support) has started using an alternate relay; this means that they depend on none of bluesky's infrastructure to work.
