  • If you're not sure who the Linux enthusiast is in your circle, it's you.

  • That was my general impression, which is why I figured I'd play them in order. Going back might be less fun.

  • Started playing the Witcher. Gonna try to play through all three in order. Picked them up for cheap or free a while ago, never got to them until now. So far, it feels a little clunky, but the aesthetic is great.

  • I think I'd be willing to let go of the handful of things that are exclusive, given that I could probably do more with a proper Linux system. It's the basic phone functionality (as others have mentioned) that keeps me from switching.

  • I know it's not really ready for it yet, but I guess I'm gonna be looking into a Linux phone before I thought I would.

  • Don't give me hope like that. I know you bastards aren't willing to follow through.

  • Magnet tariffs, how do they work?

  • I've used both, and I've found that Heroic is much easier and generally works out of the box. At this point, I only use Lutris for things that need extremely fine-grained control.

  • There's an extension for GIMP that makes it look and feel more like PS. Might make the transition easier.

  • Knoppix here too. It was the only thing that felt "safe" enough to experiment with. First proper install was Slackware, I think.

  • I was running a GTX 1660ti and an i7 until yesterday using CachyOS. Worked great! Though for older cards, I might recommend a LTS distro to ensure you retain support (Mint is my go-to recommendation).

  • A moderately crafty squirrel could play Trump, of course Putin will.

  • Same here! It's Arch-like in having the latest updates, but I've found it to be a lot easier and forgiving than "vanilla" Arch. Been running it for a while now and it's been a great fit.

  • It's a somewhat popular opinion in the US as well.

  • What is this, the Spanish Inquisition? Can't a guy engage in some casual taxidermy without getting the third degree?

Any controllers that have both joysticks in the "upwards" position?
