Fucken Bolsonaro did the same shit and it’s looking like he’s actually gonna get prosecuted. Real shame the US government isn’t up to the high standards set by Brazil, but maybe we’ll get there someday!

Stardew is such a good example given the community is similarly mod-centric
Yeah I shoot for solid 60s on my portable steam deck too. I get better battery with lower settings anyway, and the potential benefit from artificially capping fps is negligible to me.
Being able to play a little bit longer isn’t all that enticing when the experience is on par with a struggling switch lite.
The fact remains that the gamecube is less powerful, despite being a home console. Just like there’s people who don’t care between 30/60, there’s plenty of people who would be fine with less flashy effects if it got a solid 60.
Fuck, I started gaming with a video card that could only render 3d when it ran in a hybrid crossfire with onboard video. And you can bet your ass I was turning all my settings straight to potato so I could pump a beautiful 121 frames into my terrible CRT every second. Sometimes I still miss that setup lmao
Did you even read the comments you’re referring to? Do you know anything about the game we’re talking about here? “The Dark Place” and “Ocean” are not spoilers for the sequel, and no one is saying the sequel is going to resemble EEAAO.
Refamiliarize yourself with the source material, and actually read the article you can’t stop popping off about.
This one felt like too much like reality to be fun
There’s an argument to be made that this is intentional, funnily enough
I choose to believe they’re seriously criticizing you for 23 year old spoilers, it’s so much more fun.
3 days late but, seconded on battlebit! expecially for that arcade feel. it’s all the best parts of battlefield in a package that can run on basically any modern hardware.
my experience is the exact opposite, but i won’t invalidate yours! end of the day you’re free to enjoy what you want.
i may think your take is stupid and wrong, but it’s still your take to have! lol
Why are you using youtube videos and not actual game reviews as a metric for how good the game is? The videos stay up forever, reviews are MUCH more likely to change to reflect changes to the game.
Did you play like, AT launch? Battlebit has by far the best gun balance of any FPS I’ve played in recent memory. Every single gun I’ve used is viable, it just depends on playstyle. After the SMG nerf it’s a wildly even playing field.
What’s your problem with the gunplay? It’s the same as every other FPS game out right now. Staged reloads, handling that makes sense, bullet drop + travel time… literally what is there to complain about here?
I could go on but this is turning into a rant, and I have a sneaking suspicion that you’re some rogue COD stan and I might as well be yelling into a void. Either way it’s valid to like what you like, your tastes just heavily confuse me lol
That’s crazy, I’m playing on linux with no issues hahaha
It is still early access, so if the issue hasn’t been fixed already I’m sure it will be before too long!
I stated playing battlebit and I don’t even consider bothering with mainstream titles anymore. This release is garbage, the last 5 releases have just been progressively worse and worse, like hey even bother?
It feels like I have more fun in 1 game of battlebit than I did over the entirety of my 200+ hours of BO2, which was the last mainstream shooter I played that didn’t feel entirely like a waste of money.
yeah I just kinda ranted about some stuff I don’t like lol
I’ve literally never played a subscription based game and I don’t intend on changing that. At this rate all I really stand to miss out on is more carbon copy battle royales, so no love lost.
I’ve only done jevil because mean routes are scary lol
y’all think the jevil fight in chapter one is harder than sans? i can’t get a straight answer out of anyone.
WAY more substantial, let’s be real here. I stopped playing for a couple years and when I came back it was practically a whole new game.
And then that same thing happened no fewer than two more times.
Every “final” update has felt fair, they’ve already added so much, and then there’s still more.
I’ve seen early access games that go their entire dev cycle without adding real-cash shops. this pervasive idea that microtransactions are just an acceptable thing in any new game has me absolutely incredulated.
it doesn’t matter how long it takes to develop, putting a cash shop in an unfinished game is a bad move optics wise.
Dog that’s literally why they indoctrinate their kids so early. Private religious elementary with a church run youth group after school, “vacation bible school” over summer break, the whole nine yards. A healthy adult is a lot more likely to realize the inherent problems before they dedicate their entire lives to being delusional.
