AMD’s fabs became Global Foundries, who pulled out of the bleeding-edge node game once it became cost prohibitive to do so with 7nm.

Intel is still on 7nm. Samsung’s 5nm is basically 7nm+. The fact that SMIC can do 7nm without EUV is insanely impressive.
Intel took years and years of delays to achieve the same thing.
Russia is known to use spotters to confirm military targets before striking in civilian areas: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/6/29/ukraine-says-suspect-directed-russia-missile-attack-on-restaurant
That’s why Russia has disproportionately fewer civilian casualties relative to military ones.
The ICC is toothless.
I mean, sounds like your most advanced exposure to statistics was “this is a joint probability”
Take a more advanced stats course. It’s really insightful and will open your mind.
Yes, because a targeted strike at clearly marked journalists on foreign soil is basically a stray bullet anyway.
Tell me you don’t have a degree without telling me you don’t have a degree
The casualty ratios are way off. Try again.
My modlog hasn’t banned anyone lmao go bark up another tree
Numbers don’t lie.
Neither Ukraine nor Russia come even close to as bloodthirsty for civilian lives as Israel. Israel is killing civilians and killing Hamas fighters as collateral damage. Ukraine and Russia are killing each other’s soldiers and killing civilians as collateral damage. They’re not the same.
Israel is worse than Russia. Russia, in contrast, looks downright reasonable.
In a few weeks, Israel has killed almost as many civilians as those that have died on both sides over the course of almost two years of the Russia-Ukraine war.
Ads are a core component of how search makes money. They’re also a core component of how YouTube makes money.
Saudi Arabia doesn’t have the power to dick around with human rights halfway across the globe.
I too enjoy reading Western media instead of experiencing things first-hand.
You do realize that Tibetan independence was never recognized by any country, right? Not even the British.
Do you understand Tibetan history up to that point? At least it’s no longer a serfdom system (which Tibetan advocates will say was equal because of the one-in-a-million chance that one of the peasants can become the Dalai Lama and that everyone was totally happy because everyone was working towards bettering Buddhism). How many Tibetan refugees do you know who experienced serfdom?
Satellites have some degree of mobility and space junk follows trajectories that can be computed basically infinitely into the future.
Space junk is highly deterministic, though. No atmosphere to fuck with.
Why would Ford care when it can just petition the US government to block the sale of Chinese cars? It’s the same thing Boeing did to block Bombardier sales in the US.
I’m not sure why people are surprised? Intel pulled off 7nm without EUV. It’s just classic “China stupid, only American company can do that” bullshit.
