Yeah, it’s sad that the climate was a blip on the radar in this election. People think their wallets are empty now, just wait until climate change really gets going.
It’s because the average person cannot conceptualize an existential threat. Hell, even I can’t really conceive of how badly climate change is gonna fuck up my life, but I listen to the people smarter than me telling me it will.
The more we head down the drain the more I look to the lives that people in developing nations lead and think “huh, I guess we’re going for equality by making everything worse instead of better. Awesome.”

we dont need to worry about the climate anymore. We’d be lucky to survive the next decade.
It’s such a distant issue that need immediate action people won’t realise it untill it’s too late to save the economy.
