This is a known issue, specific to this instance that I’m working on solving. The weekend is almost here so I’ll have a little more time to sort this out in the coming days.
Alright most of the problem was related to not having and RDNS setup for the instance IP. I’ve since implemented an RDNS/PTR solution for the IP however DNS being DNS, it could take anywhere from 48-72 hours before we will see it applied globally.
I managed to change my password 👍
Do I need to have an email address attached to do a pw reset?
