I’ve gotten so tired of the non-stop reddit/lemmy/mastodon/threads drama I pulled the plug on all recurring donations for the foreseeable future. Thanks to threads the fedverse is starting the reddit style drama cycles and I’m pretty much over trying to sort through it.
I’ve already moved my Mast account to an instance that has pledged to block threads. I was a regular donator to various mast/fedverse instances until this, all donations are off until further notice. I’m just tired of the constant interference and bombardment of needless bullshit into what should be no more than a simple but evolved Usenet or BBS type service.
