I still don’t really understand how this can be used to play games that involve lots of buttons and dual sticks. It would be helpful to see a video of someone using it.

You can use more than one at a time, attach expansion equipment and even pair it to the same controller slot as a full DS4 controller. I agree through that seeing it used in action would be beneficial to its understanding

I don’t know much about this controler, but people sometimes do incredible things. I read about a soulcalibur, mortal kombat player that is blind and beat some enemies alone from the sound of the games. Even online matches.

Are you meant to set this on a surface and lay your hand across the top? Struggling to understand how you’d use it

Well, how you use it would be unique to your disability. The larger buttons are more for people with no hands or limited hand dexterity/mobility. You could potentially even place it on the floor to use with your feet, and then another one elsewhere or a regular Dualsense paired alongside it. I remember for the Xbox adaptive controller there was a showcase video where they showed many people with a variety of disabilities using it in various ways. Sony should do a video like that with interviews with those people explaining how they like it and how they use it.
