    Are you meant to set this on a surface and lay your hand across the top? Struggling to understand how you’d use it

      Well, how you use it would be unique to your disability. The larger buttons are more for people with no hands or limited hand dexterity/mobility. You could potentially even place it on the floor to use with your feet, and then another one elsewhere or a regular Dualsense paired alongside it. I remember for the Xbox adaptive controller there was a showcase video where they showed many people with a variety of disabilities using it in various ways. Sony should do a video like that with interviews with those people explaining how they like it and how they use it.
