I don’t think this game has much replayability. Especially as the server is becoming less and less stable.

I heard about a guy finishing the game with some kind of cross, and respawing later in NG+ mode, but he didn’t seems to succeed to survive to the increased difficulty

Note though that this form of new game + is quite difficult. The enemies are more numerous, you have fewer starting resources, and the rules of the game are stacked against you.
