Incompetent off duty federal agent gets in trouble with local police? Interesting. Maybe he just killed himself out of shame; I doubt he'd ever face many repercussions. He was probably in a bad place to have had the incident in the first place, going into a women's bathroom with a gun to try and feel strong or some shit.
