There was exactly one regulation specifically targeting AI companies, a Biden executive order that Trump ended on his first day.
Basically they'll allow the use of LLMs in decision making even more. The chatbot kills people? Oopsie, you can't sue us, or you're breaking a federal law!
The first item in the document basically says that if existing regulations stand in the way of AI supremacy, they must go. Boil the oceans.

I do think though that there should be some sort of basic test to prove that you actually understand the various policies an administration is pushing, not at a deep level but just the most basic surface level that you could get from a 10-minute Google search or by watching a single video. Well you'd have to strip out most of the history books then, oh and anything to do with social science, also get rid of all of the biology textbooks because they explain where babies come from and conservatives don't like that sort of thing.

It’s unlikely any of this will ever be profitable, the only one making profit from this right now is NVIDIA. Everyone else’s costs dwarf revenue, even just operational costs, not even counting capital expenditure to set this stuff up. None of these companies have a path to profitability, and most of the little revenue is coming from services burning investor money built upon other services that are also burning investor money, or temporary shenanigans like Microsoft trading OpenAI free compute time at their data centers in exchange for IP, or coreweave using their GPUs as collateral against loans to buy more GPUs that get collateralized in turn.
At best the deregulation makes things less unprofitable and drags the bubble out a little longer.
Its just a proposal to remove restrictions on the building of fossil fueled power plants, plus a bit of AI generated slop about winning the AI race.
