The DNC Dems are there to prevent a progressive party from forming. The DNC Dems are working together with the Reps to fight against the people of America for the rich oligarchs running the country.
We warned that this is what is going on before the last presidential election and before that. The Democratic Party leadership and establishment is not there to help you. They are there to stop you. They are there to act as a honey trap to capture and neutralize progressive/leftist politicians and policies while the Republicans implement the authoritarian police state that the donors of both parties need to quell the inevitable rebellion that will occur once the general population fully realizes the existential crisis we are in.
Primaries are where we can fight. Every DINO needs to be primaried, and we need to start fucking showing up to primaries. IIRC primary elections are voted in by only like 10-20% of eligible voters.

Lately I’ve been noticing (not sure what to call it) this “culture shock” with people around 20,40 and 60. I’m almost 40 and caught myself thinking about good ol 90s films but then again I checked myself and realized how and why things changed and what I started missing still exists. Maybe I’m noticing a difference? But why is this a human behavior and why does it have to be used in politics?

Let's make a deal, Tom. Get proportional representation, one of the variations of voting that fixes first past the post, legislate away citizens united, and have fair, publicly funded elections, and you can have the party you want.
Countries with PR are having the same problems with fascism that first-past-the-post systems have. Also, PR gives more, not less power, to opportunistic centrists, since they're often needed to form a coalition, which gives them massive leverage. In countries with PR, the centrists are often in every government, as the governments alternate between center-right and center-left.
PR might seem fairer in principle, but the notion that it's some kind of panacea is unfounded. Like term limits, the benefits are almost entirely theoretical. And in both cases, the "miracle cure" can lead to antidemocratic anomalous outcomes when someone figures out how to game the system. And every system can and will be gamed.

Rep. Tom Suozzi's criticism of Assembly Member Zohran Mamdani and other Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) members was uncalled for. Instead of telling elected members to leave the party, he should have remained silent.
The organization and its members have openly discussed the idea of a "dirty break" or starting their own party on numerous occasions. This issue was even a topic at their recent Chicago convention, making it a relevant point for Suozzi to comment on.
However, the DSA has every right to decide its own political strategy. After he left Congress, his seat went to George Santos so he is in some mind-sight that his style of politics wins. This is at odds with us Democrats advocating to respond to Gerrymandering with more Gerrymandering. Being generous to him, not sure "moderate" candidates are the bet to go with.
Ultimately, Mamdani's campaign increased turnout and won in most districts. If progressives and leftists have had to to compromise, then the rest of the Democratic Party should be willing to do the same. If only left the topic about DSA, then to me it would had made some sense but he shouldn't tell any elected/nomitated Democrats to leave(Or pointing at the wrong ones).

As it is, the ones that need to go is clearly the right wing democrats that constantly undermine the party to pander to the petrified established systems, and as I understand it, there is work going on to attempt to modernize the democratic party.
It shall be interesting to see what new people like David Hogg can achieve together with for instance AOC, Ilhan Omar and other more socially responsible democrats, that are gaining a pretty strong foothold in the democratic party.
